T2C Diary Plan

As an aid to the ‘Making a Difference to Our Day’
section, there are two versions of the T2C Diary Plan available
to download. The first includes the morning and evening contemplations as written elsewhere on this website and the second version leaves these blank for you to write your own processes for opening and closing the day. Both pages have space for you to write the actions that you wish to take, outcomes you hope to achieve and any other notes you wish to make about the process.

These are both downloadable as pdf documents so they can be easily changed according to need.
